Our Story
We are a small group of partners and owners that execute investment strategies on behalf of our like minded clients and principals. Our products range from land, retail centers, ground up build to suits, preferred development programs, and re-development of value add properties throughout the Midwest and West. We employ a creative vision with an out of the box approach finding the highest and best potential for each property and client.
We are designed as a small low overhead group allowing us to maximize efficiency and endurance through up and down market cycles. Our size and low overhead is a competitive advantage allowing us to perform quickly on short timeframes, and also allows us to be patient in locating opportunities. The collective group’s experience ranges from small retail build to suits all the way to ownership of grocery anchored and power centers. We are always seeking acquisitions that meet our investment criteria.

Mission

Preferred Development: Redefining the traditional landlord/tenant relationship with a customizable client based platform. We achieve this by partnering with the client (and broker) by passing through savings and or participation in the real estate ownership side which has historically not been available. We align the groups goals and incentives in a streamlined way through partnership.
